📅 The 7-Day Window

You have 7 days from the date your package is delivered to request an exchange. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange or replacement.

• No Damage: The product must be in its original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition.
• Tags Attached: All original tags, packaging, and labels must still be attached to the item.

🚫 Refund Policy

Please note that WCCOFA Fashion does not offer monetary refunds. We operate strictly on an Exchange-Only policy. If you are unsatisfied with your item, you can exchange it for:

1. The same item in a different size or color.
2. A different product of equal value.

Note: If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue you a digital Store Credit to use on a future purchase.
