WCCOFA Fashion | Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item is not the right fit, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
Returned with the original tags, packaging, and labels attached
Accompanied by your order number, receipt, or order confirmation

Items that show signs of use, washing, damage, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be paid by bank transfer after the customer provides the required bank details.

For change-of-mind, size, or color returns, the original delivery charge is not refundable.

If WCCOFA Fashion sends the wrong item or the item arrives defective or damaged, WCCOFA Fashion will cover the approved return delivery cost and refund the original delivery charge.

Exchanges

You may exchange an eligible item for:

A different size or color of the same product
Another product of equal value

If the replacement item costs more, you must pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference will be refunded.

If a replacement item is unavailable, an approved refund will be issued instead.

Return Delivery

For change-of-mind, size, or color requests, the customer is responsible for return delivery costs.

For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, contact us before sending the item back. WCCOFA Fashion will provide the return instructions and cover the approved return delivery cost.
